Location & Parking

Richmond Heights Location: Our Richmond Heights office is conveniently located near major highways I-64/40, I-170, and I-44 in St. Louis. We are located at 1612 S.Big Bend Blvd. just south of highway I-64/40. Limited parking is available behind our office. If none is available, parking can easily be found on the side streets close to our office.

Our Richmond Heights location is expanding!

We are excited to announce that we have opened a second building at our Richmond Heights location, right next door! Beginning on Monday, February 23rd, 2026 we will begin seeing clients at both our original location at 1612 S. Big Bend Blvd, and Building #2 at 1614 S. Big Bend.

This new building offers the same warm, cozy atmosphere as our other locations, but there are a few differences to keep in mind:

• First, there is parking available just like the original location, but it is both along the side of the building as well as behind it. Please enter from Big Bend Blvd at the Southwest corner of the property and exit onto Hiawatha from the Northwest corner of the property by the garage. Our goal is to avoid congestion in the parking lot as much as possible.
• Second, Building #2 does not have a rear entrance for clients. We ask that you enter the building from the front entrance, which opens directly into the waiting room.
• Both buildings will be clearly marked as either Building #1 or Building #2.

For new clients, your counselor will let you know which building your sessions will take place in when they initially schedule with you. For existing clients, your counselor will let you know if you are changing locations. You should also be able to confirm which building you are meeting in by checking your client portal account. Feel free to reach out to your counselor if you have any questions.

We are excited to welcome even more clients to this expansion of our space, and we look forward to continuing to help our communities heal and grow.

Ferguson Location: Located in Ferguson’s beautiful historic downtown area, this office is conveniently located in North County, MO. We are located at 409 S. Florissant Rd, suite 101. Our suite entrance is located at the front of the building facing Florissant Rd. This location is ADA-accessible.

Intake & Payment

To simplify our intake process and continue to ensure your records are securely stored, we use electronic software through a trusted and well-known provider called Therapy Notes. Once you schedule your first session with your counselor you will receive their initial paperwork electronically. If completing your initial paperwork electronically presents a hardship for you please inform your counselor at the time of scheduling and other options will be provided to you.
